We enforce strict quality checkpoints across the entire lifecycle of our products to guarantee the performance metrics we promise.
Raw Material Verification (RMV)
- Purity & Traceability: All incoming raw materials (stainless steel, Monel, Hastelloy, silver, etc.) are subjected to immediate metallurgical analysis. We verify purity (e.g., 99.9% for Silver Catalyst) and mechanical properties against supplier certifications.
- Full Batch Traceability: Every product can be traced back to its original raw material batch, ensuring accountability and easy reference for future orders.
In-Process Quality Checks (IPQC)
- Weaving & Knitting Precision: We use calibrated digital optical instruments to continuously monitor mesh aperture, wire diameter, and weave consistency during production.
- Dimensional Integrity: Automated and manual checks verify the flatness, tension, and structural integrity of woven and knitted products against technical drawings.
- Value-Added Services (VAS) QC: Services like Stretching, Calendering, Welding, and Stamping are performed under strict pressure controls, followed by immediate inspection for structural defects or material stress.
Final Product Testing & Validation (FPT)
- Particle Retention Testing: Filters and sieves are tested using calibrated particulate matter to confirm the absolute and nominal filtration efficiency (micron rating) as specified by the customer.
- Pressure Drop Analysis: We calculate fluid dynamics and pressure loss across demister pads to guarantee energy efficiency and throughput.
- Structural Integrity: Products like column packing and pressed parts undergo load and structural tests to ensure they withstand the expected operating pressures and temperatures.

- Global Standards Adherence: Our manufacturing processes and
products comply with major international standards, including:
- ISO 9001:2015 : Certified Quality Management System.
- ISO 3310 / ASTM E11 : For Test Sieves and Particle Analysis Equipment.
- Applicable Industry Specs : Meeting requirements for Automotive, Food Grade, and Petrochemical applications based on the customer needs.
- Documentation: Every order is accompanied by comprehensive Material Test Certificates (MTCs), Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and dimensional reports.
Advanced Metrology & Equipment
- Optical & Laser Measurement Systems: For non-contact, high-resolution verification of mesh aperture and wire diameter tolerances (down to 0.03mm for our fine wires ). The equipment also measures the ovality which plays a critical role in specific woven mesh applications.
- Tensile Testing: Used for advanced analysis of incoming wire for its physical properties to ensure mesh consistency and easy of production on our high speed weaving machines.
- PMI: to easily and swiftly check the basic chemical properties of all incoming material for their chemical composition.
